Position Overview

FundThrough is looking for a driven and resourceful Product Marketing Manager to join us on our mission to help small businesses thrive and accelerate their cash flow. This candidate will get the opportunity to help lead and build out our product marketing capabilities.

  • Gain deep understanding of our clients and their personas.
  • Experiment and iterate rapidly to determine our key messages, value proposition, and positioning that distinguish us for our most valuable and/or most repeatable clients.
  • Develop product marketing strategies and materials to maximize revenue from within our prospect, customer and partner opportunities including creation, execution and evaluation of go to market strategy to find new and similar clients.
  • Set up and manage the infrastructure for client funnel-management (e.g., email campaigns and in-app messaging) to show a clear ROI in terms of new clients, revenue and LTV.
  • Enhance all stages of the funnel including acquisition, activation, retention, referral 
  • Leverage data to analyze trends, results, and the competitive environment to identify areas of growth and opportunity. 
  • Collaborate with our Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to execute and iterate quickly.


Required Skills

  • You have 3+ years experience in product marketing, ideally in FinTech or financial services.
  • You relish the opportunity to mature our Product Marketing function.
  • You are empathetic and able to connect with customers on different levels.
  • You are a creative problem solver with an ability to see things from a broader perspective.
  • You have research and analytical skills.
  • You have a personal passion and strong affinity for small businesses.
  • You have a strong understanding of finance and accounting (and lending, banking, accounting, financial industries).
