The Role

FundThrough is looking for an Operations Analyst. We are on an exciting journey across functions to mature our products, processes and customer journey. This is a great opportunity to contribute to our scaling by introducing new efficiencies. The ideal candidate has experience successfully developing and implementing process improvements cross-functionally through the use of technology, clear communication and strong documentation. They are highly collaborative and self-motivated.

Note re Covid-19: We are currently working fully remotely. Once safe to do so, adhering to the highest level of public health advice, we will shift back to our “more in than out” policy for team members located within the GTA, with an average 3 days/week being in-office and 2 days/week offering the flexibility to work from anywhere.

Job Responsibilities

  • Immerse yourself in the current state of our processes, technology, cross functional dependencies and documentation.
  • Gather requirements for process improvement projects including producing detailed documented recommendations in collaboration with/obtaining buy in from stakeholders. 
  • Lead project management and roll out of new processes including documentation, training & communication.
  • Assist in the development of our overall tools roadmap and propose process improvements, automation enhancements and workflows to further efficiencies and scalability.  

Required Skills

  • 1+ years experience or co-op equivalent in a similar role.
  • Experience with process mapping, process improvement, and all aspects of project management for the development and roll-out of new processes.
  • Solid analytical skills, using a combination of tools such as Tableau, Lookr, Periscope; spreadsheets; and/or direct queries in SQL / Python.  
  • Strong team player with experience working with cross functional teams.
  • Enjoy working on multiple concurrent projects and pride yourself on being self-driven, highly motivated, resourceful and creative.
