Partner Marketing Specialist

Position

FundThrough is looking for a driven and resourceful Partner Marketing Specialist to join us on our mission to help business owners end the “wait” associated with payment terms.

  • Develop and be responsible for the overall partner marketing strategy for FundThrough and how to best position FundThrough to deliver value to our partners.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and lead partner marketing plans with measurable goals.
  • Vigilantly prioritize partner marketing opportunities by evaluating product alignment, target audience and customer profile match, potential business models and paths to scale.
  • Build joint marketing plans with partners and drive the execution of joint GTM programs and campaigns including marketing deliverables by working with product, sales, demand generation, and field marketing teams to drive successful outcomes.
  • Evaluate events/community outreach opportunities.
  • Manage Partner relationships including: creating and delivering partner training and enablement, joint partner messaging and partner incentive programs.
  • Set up tracking systems and campaign codes for marketing activities.
  • Audit, update and maintain partner marketing materials and content, ensuring correct versioning across Google.
  • Regularly monitor and report on marketing performance using Google Analytics, CRM and other data sources.
  • Manage Partner Marketing budget.

Required Skills

  • You have 3-7+ years B2B marketing (small- and medium-sized business marketing preferred).
  • You can use workflow / project management tools to input jobs, proof projects, monitor deadlines and run reports.
  • You are a proven self-starter with demonstrated ability to take ownership of projects and assignments.
  • You have experience working in startup/high growth environments.
  • You have excellent writing and organizational skills.
  • You pay meticulous attention to detail, which is reflected in project execution.
  • You are knowledgeable of the financial services industry.
