Position

FundThrough is looking for an enthusiastic, hands on, results oriented Customer Success Manager to join us on our mission to help business owners end the “wait” associated with payment terms.

  • Playing a key role in driving customer renewals and upselling business opportunities by qualifying and nurturing FundThrough users.
  • Documenting daily sales activities in Salesforce, preparing accurate reports and forecasts, managing pipeline, and performing other tasks necessary to drive sales revenue while regularly communicating activities to sales management.
  • Managing and building a revenue generating customer success team.
  • Enabling your team's growth and development, impacting the way we delight our clients on a daily basis.
  • Being both a team player and a coach.
  • Carrying a quota (annual/quarterly) for Renewals and Upsell.
  • Developing campaigns/strategies/training materials for customers and team.
  • Creating a fun, vibrant culture for customer success.
  • Producing and managing a team of producers.

Required Skills

  • You have 3-5 years of experience in a quota carrying role.
  • You are a team player who possesses a desire and ability to work in a fast-paced, goal oriented, high growth sales environment.
  • You have management or team lead experience.
  • You are creative, results oriented, and a self-starter.
  • You have a strong bias for action, an ability to juggle multiple priorities, and can build a sense of urgency in a dynamic environment.
  • You have a demonstrated ability to design and implement processes.
  • You preferably have prior experience with a FinTech startup.
