The Role


Our Director of Client Success will lead the team responsible for engaging, nurturing and optimizing revenue from our existing client base.  You will define and implement our overall client retention strategy, collaborating with key stakeholders with a focus on maximizing revenue and maintaining our 5-star client service.

Note re Covid-19: We are currently working fully remotely. Position Overview


Job Responsibilities


  • Manage and build a revenue-generating client success team. 
  • Analyse our utilization, retention, NPS and other data to help us maximize the value of our offering for our clients.
  • Represent the voice of our clients; advocate for their biggest needs and opportunities in prioritizing product / engineering resources and across the company.
  • Develop campaigns and strategies to maximize client retention and LTV, including promoting new features or capabilities .
  • Resolve client escalations in a decisive and professional manner.  
  • Enable your team's growth and development, impacting the way we delight our clients on a daily basis.  Create a fun, vibrant culture for client success.

Required Skills


  • You have 5+ years experience managing and growing a revenue generating client success team including hiring, training, coaching, nurturing talent and leading 
  • You have a proven track record of measuring and improving key metrics such as recurring revenue, retention, utilization, NPS and customer satisfaction. 
  • You have a demonstrated ability to design and implement systems, tools and processes, including working cross-functionally with other teams such as engineering, sales and operations.
  • You are a team player who possesses a desire and ability to work in a fast-paced, goal oriented, high growth sales environment. 
  • You are creative, results oriented, and a self-starter. 
  • You have a strong bias for action, an ability to juggle multiple priorities, and can build a sense of urgency in a dynamic environment. 
  • Bonus: prior experience with FinTech and/or startups.
